The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion was recognised as the Hottest Chilli in the World in 2012 with an average of just over 1.2 million SHUs, and some pods as hot as 2 million SHUs! Not only are they incredibly spicy, they are delicious as well, a favourite for making sauce and seasoning. Use this powder sparingly in any food that needs a bit of a kick.
